I have a funny story about this album. I was 11 when I was first introduced to them. Mom thought it was a gospel album (stairway to heaven), and us kids listened intently to the song, lol. Well anyway, of course it wasn’t haha. and along with it I would sing to Razamanaz, because we thought Nazareth was a Christian group too lol. oh boy.
There’s a definite change up in there that makes Spirit’s instrumental it unique, but they’ve got a good case against it. You can never beat the original Zeppelin tune and can hear the infringement a mile away in Spirit’s version.
